Meyrin Fields

So just a little over a week ago Broken Bells, the praised duo of Danger Mouse and The Shins' James Mercer, released a new EP called Meyrin Fields. This 4 track album will not disappoint all those Broken Bells fans who loved their self titled first album, and might draw in some new fans who weren't so into that psych-pop, floaty feel that their debut album was filled with. Meyrin Fields sounds more processed than their first album, but still keeps all the catchy hooks and ethereal vocals that is quintessential Broken Bells. All in all, Meyrin Fields is a continuation of the awesomeness that their first album brought, but with a little more edge.

Key Tracks: Meyrin Fields, Heartless Empire
